    • 1). The first thing you need to do is to look at yourself in the mirror. Make sure you are clean and look nice. You may not look like you used to look but being dirty or unkept is an immediate turn off. Clean yourself up, fix your hair, put on clean clothes... maybe even wear some of that perfume/cologne you used to wear!

    • 2). Think about your spouse and some of the ways that they may be stressed out. Stress will stop romance faster than anything I can think of! Consider learning a few acupressure points to press during a massage to help to relax your spouse for the evenings activities. Consider reading the book Acupressure for Lovers. (See the link below)

    • 3). Prepare an aphrodisiac dinner! Search the web for recipes that are aphrodisiac in nature. These meals will bring out the sex drive in your spouse! Make sure that you eat them too! Try a sweet potato and clove soup for an appetizer, almonds covered in chocolate with a touch of cayenne pepper, red wine... Set the mood with candles, scent, color, taste, texture, and keep the mood light-- sometimes silence and a meal go a long way to igniting the spark that was lost.     • 4). Make sure to set up the meal and evening in a private place. Especially if you plan on actually having sex and not just teasing them! Children, pets, telephones, tv, visitors, can be such mood busters. Give the food some time to work but make sure you and your spouse get close. Put on "your song" Or a nice song and slow dance for a while. Sometimes just being close again will spark something.

    • 5). Flirt with your spouse throughout the day, leading up to the meal.

    • 6). If one meal doesn't work out so well, try feeding your spouse these sorts of foods over a few days time, do little things to let them know you are thinking of them, and to keep YOU on their minds, especially while you are increasing their sex drive.
