Have you ever noticed especially at your favorite restaurant the team work that is involved? I always have something special I like to order and I' m thinking so do many others and I would think the profits are good and business is doing great.
I can see the owners/management are having success in their business.
I know the food is great, customers were taken care of and very satisfied everyone is happy.
Always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers.
Treat the opportunity right and your income will multiply.
Now this favorite restaurant is sold to the new owners.
They see an opportunity to earn more money.
The new owners take over they try to cut expense by altering the food and taking out ingredients replacing it with imitation flavoring.
People begin to complain business drops off and pretty soon no more customers.
Unfortunately this is what happens in MLM we have to get rid of the agenda and that is sell, sell, sell.
We need to build that relationship and actually listen to those customers.
How are you treating your business partners or affiliate? Are you teaching them team work because what I have learned is that you can't build your business on your own.
It takes TEAM work.
I teach and coach my team and show them tips on how to advertise to bring in those customers which earns them commissions and discounts in their business.
You can do the same with marketing, sponsoring, blogging, how to build a down line and how to make a You Tube video.
By giving them the tools that help them with online advertising to bring traffic to their web site, you will produce a happier team and customers.
Remember teamwork is one of many tools you can use to produce a great team.
You will save you and your team years of failure and frustration.
