How to Embed a URL in a Blog Comment
- 1). Click the "Post A Comment" or "Reply" link of the post you want to comment on. You can usually find this link below the content of the post, next to a counter showing the number of comments the post already has.
- 2). Type the part of your comment that does not contain an embedded URL.
- 3). Embed your URL using the following HTML:
The text you want to make clickable in your comment. - 4). Fill in your contact information, if required. Many blogs allow anonymous comments; others require that you at least leave an email address and a name. Some blogs may allow you to sign in with your Google account, Facebook or OpenID, or they may give you a choice between options with which to sign your comment.
- 5). Click the "Post Comment" button below the comment form.
- 6). Check the comment in the blog to ensure that your hyperlink looks the way you want it to.
