I have a bit of a sore spot for those tasty crispy chicken sandwiches that you find in fast food joints. However, at around 500 calories per sandwich, it is quite a calorie splurge to sit down and enjoy one. So, on occasion I make my own at home, and save myself about 150 calories while still enjoying a very tasty sandwich.
