Where to Blog
If you are new to blogging you are probably not sure where to blog.
There are a number of blog sites but you will want a site that is easy to use so you can find out if starting a blog is right for you.
Why blog? If you like writing then starting a blog could be right for you.
Update your blog regularly with new content and you will gradually build readers.
Write about something that interests you as this will make it easier to come up with ideas on what to post.

For new bloggers, Blogger is the site for you.
Blogger is very easy to set up.
You will be up and running in a very short time in just a few steps.
The great thing is once your comfortable with how it works you can play around with the template.
The template is the layout of your site.
You can put a personal touch to your blog and make it different from any other Blogger blog.
If you find Blogger too basic and you're still looking where to blog, then try WordPress.
WordPress is still quite easy to set up but once you have access to your dashboard you may think how do I blog on this site? You can keep things basic and just post and play around with the layout and templates.
You will gradually pick up what the other options can do for you over time.
The great thing with a WordPress blog is you can either access and work on your Blog from WordPress directly or you can host it yourself.
You can set yourself up with a hosting site and from that site you can set up and install a WordPress blog.
Once this is done you basically have total control of that blog and its content.
I would not recommend this option if you're new to blogging.
You can start off running a free blog and eventually grow into your own hosted blog.
Google Blogger is a good place to start with the option of moving to WordPress.
Many people run very good blogs from Blogger so you may never feel the need to use the WordPress site but at least you know your options on where to blog.
