N4OCD was founded by Gina McCarley, a local charter school reading specialist and mother to her own little girl who loves to get creative with her clothing. Inspired by the then five-year-old, McCarley began branching out – first to friends and family, then onto Etsy and her own professional website. McCarley works out of her home, a wise move considering the downfall of many craft-related businesses in the region. Working from home allows McCarley the opportunity to spend time with her family while also not having to worry about the overhead of a brick and mortar set up.
