• 1). Launch your Web browser and navigate to the Optimum website at signin.optimum.net/signin?referer=https://idcenter.services.optimum.net%2FOptimumID.
  
  Ensure that your computer that is connected to your Optimum modem.
  
  
• 2). Key in your last name.
  
  
• 3). Key in your account number.
  
  
• 4). Key in your phone number and click "Submit."
  
  
• 5). Once your account information has been verified, you will be able to create an email account by choosing your address name and password.
  
  

To setup and create secondary Optimum email accounts:

• 1). Log in to the Optimum Data ID Management Center, using your primary password.
  
  
• 2). Click the link that enables you to "Create Additional IDs."
  
  
• 3). Key in a desired account name (the email address) and a password.
  
  
• 4). Choose a security question and answer.
  
  
• 5). Click "Submit." Complete the personal information section. Click "Submit" to finish the entire process.
