How to Do Graffiti Drawings
- 1
Print two copies of a black and white picture that has a fairly equal amount of black and white in it. - 2
Cut out the black part of the image with a utility knife. - 3
Lay your stencil so that it is completely flat on a blank piece of paper. - 4
Hold one color of spray paint about 1-1/2 to 2 feet away from the image and spray in short bursts across the image three or four times. The artwork should be completely covered with paint. - 5
Let the image dry for 10 minutes. - 6
Second Layer
Remove the stencil to reveal the first layer. - 1
Cut out the white areas from the second copy of your image. - 2). Lay your stencil over the paper spray-painted with your first image. Make sure the white areas of the artwork show through the stencil.
- 3
Using the other spray paint, cover the second stencil in short spurts, holding the spray can 1-1/2 to 2 feet away. - 4). Let the artwork dry for 10 minutes.
- 5
Remove the second stencil to reveal your completed graffiti drawing.
