In most cases this type of incontinence occurs where a person has been injured are suffering from incontinence or where the prescribed medication that they are required to take is changed.
Form 2 - Stress Those who suffer from this particular form of incontinence will notice that bladder control is affected when the laugh, cough or sneeze.
Not only may the problem occur when they are stood up or sitting down, but if they need to pick up a large heavy object.
This isn't only the most common form of this problem but is the one that can be cured the easiest.
Form 3 - Urge This is commonly referred to as a person suffering from an overactive bladder and is something that women over the age of 75 suffer from a great deal.
With this the person will find that the bladder will contract of its own accord and as a result urine will be released voluntarily and without any prior warning.
For many the urge to go to the toilet is so strong that they often find that they aren't able to reach the toilet in time before the urine is released.
There are several different reasons why a person may suffer from this form incontinence.
In some it can be as a result of an infection or where the person has suffered a stroke.
But in others it may actually be a sign that they are suffering the early stages of cancer of the bladder.
Certainly the only way a doctor will be able to determine exactly what is causing this form of this disorder is by carrying out several tests.
