Established in 1937 for the purpose of preserving and sharing the material history of Augusta and the region, this museum is a must-see if you want to experience the best of local history.
Highlights within the museum include a 10,000 year old projectile point and a 1914 locomotive.
As you browse the museum's exhibits, you will be taken on a 12,000 year old journey through America's history.
