42M results which causes 42M worries and confusion and anxiety.
Why do I know this? Because I am one of them.
A time came when half of the time I did at work is search about my illness and even worse, I was searching about the symptoms which ended up giving me different results from headaches to cancer.
Can you how much anxiety that can bring me? Knowing that maybe the symptoms I am having is pointing to cancer? Then afterwards I reverted to cures, diets, workouts, exercises, etc...
and guess what? 42M results.
With the results flooding my brain, I knew I have to try one and that I did, I tried different approaches, different medications, different alternatives, supplements, etc...
and from each experience I had to pick one important learning and live it everyday.
It didn't come cheap I can assure you that but the knowledge I got from it was worth more.
I started sharing what I learned but I have my frustrations too, some people are used to the old habits, old thinking, outdated knowledge and given them new information seems like mocking them.
You cannot blame them, I am sure at one point in your life you had this experience too.
So what I did was looking for people who are in the same situation as I am, people who are looking for answers, answers to their health and fitness.
That's when I started to think about my quest, to share more information to the world as I experience them.
The first one is the power of oxygen: 1.
Oxygen is our primary need.
We can only survive for minutes without oxygen.

Oxygen is needed by our cells to produce energy.
Energy is needed by our body to do its work.

Healthy cells equals healthy body so to make our cells healthy, start by giving them oxygen.
Two major activities that provides oxygen to the our cells: 1.
Breathing exercises (deep diapraghmatic breathing) 2.
Aerobic exercises (jogging)
