Are you tired of being overweight and out of shape? Are you having trouble losing fat? Would you like to make a healthy change and get a body you can be proud of? If you answered yes to any of these questions you've come to the right place.
 I know how you're currently feeling because it wasn't too long ago that I was in the same situation.
 In this article I'd like to reveal 3 tips that changed my life.
Weight Loss Tip #1- The first thing you need to understand is that you're making a lifestyle change.
 This isn't a diet where you starve yourself.
 Most diets don't work because people feel like they're doing something that isn't fun.
 They can't wait to go off the diet so they can chow down on other food.
 This is why they gain all of the weight back.
Weight Loss Tip #2- The next tip you need to follow is to start making healthier eating decisions.
 It's hard to go from eating crappy to eating a whole bunch of healthy food.
 This is why each week you start off by eating one healthy meal each day.
 Then if you can do this for a week you try and eat 2 healthy meals each day for a week.
 If you continue on this path most of the meals you'll eat will now be healthy.
 You have to eat healthy 80% of the time if you ever want to see a drastic body change.
Weight Loss Tip #3- The last tip is to burn those calories.
 You can do this by doing any different types of cardio exercise.
 I personally don't like to use cardio machines like a treadmill.
 I find them boring and repetitious.
 This is why I recommend you find an activity you enjoy and one that burns calories.
 For me playing basketball is a great way to lose weight.
 You actually burn the same amount of calories as you would if you ran on a treadmill.
