How to Build a Parallel Tuned Circuit
- 1). Cut three lengths of wire, and strip 1/2 inch of insulation from the ends of each wire. Attach one end of the first wire to the first terminal on the power supply. Attach one end of the second wire to the remaining terminal on the power supply. Attach the other end of the second wire to the grounding source.

Twist together the free end of the first wire jointly with the first capacitor lead, and the first inductor lead. Slip a ring terminal over the joint between the first wire and the capacitor and inductor leads, and solder the terminal to the electrical joint. - 3). Twist together one end of the third wire jointly with second inductor lead and the second capacitor lead. Attach the free end of the third wire to the grounding source. Turn on the AC power supply.
