 If you can create webpages or do graphic design there are numerous sites online where you can list your services and you should have work before the day is out.
 You could also clean peoples houses or cook for them.
 Use your creative skills here.

Learn Internet Marketing and sell other peoples products.
 You can virtually do this with no out of pocket expenses these days.
 But you must lean how to do it properly, or you could find yourself a year later making no money and putting in lots of time and energy.
 Find a low cost course that teaches you how, but be careful of the upsells that some products come with.
 

 Make a simple products and market it to your local health food or grocery store.
 A simple product that comes to mind is bath salt.
 You can add essential oil and a good quality oil to salt, package, label and sell it.
 The labels can be created with your home computer and printed on a laser printer instead of an ink jet printer so that the writing will not wash off when it comes in contact with water.

Create crafts and sell it at flee market or advertise online or in your local newspaper.
 I am thinking of cloth placemats or nice crotchet table clothes that can become heirloom.
 

Sell your services to your neighbors to do yard work or snow removal.
 Go door to door and ask if they need help.
 Sometimes people have a bunch of chores just waiting for someone to come along and do it.
