In 2010-11, Cafcass was awarded grant funding from Central Government of £138.200 million, which included £10 million to fund a Transformation Programme resulting in an overall increase in funding of £6.986 million compared to 2009-10.  They also received separate additional funding of £2.4 million for Contact Services and a further £1 million to support further transformation-related activities however no changes with their works or skills.
