• Young children have special dietary needs so exercise careful consideration when picking out food for the party. Stay away from foods that are choking hazards. A simple fare like goldfish crackers, Gerber Graduates fruit strips and meat sticks are adequate snacks. A caterpillar cake is the obvious choice for a Baby Einstein dessert. Make cupcakes and place them in a squiggly line. Frost the outsides of the cupcakes in the Baby Einstein colors. Add candy pieces to form the eyes, mouth and feet of the caterpillar. • Contemplate the age group of the children attending the party; some party favors may be choking hazards. Place party favors in a red, blue, yellow or green sack decorated with Baby Einstein stickers. Purchase rubber ducks that have designer animal prints on them, Baby Einstein blowouts, stickers, bubbles and small stuffed beanie animals. Fill the decorative sacks with these items. Give each child a felt Baby Einstein party hat.
