Instructions for a Weber Poultry Infusion Roaster
- 1). Fill the base of the roaster with the liquid of your choice.
- 2). Add up to 2 tbsp. of spices to the liquid. Good choices are poultry seasoning, Italian herbs or mixed Tex-Mex spices.
- 3). Place the infuser into the base and position the chicken over the infuser by sliding the infuser into the larger cavity of the bird. Press down to fully secure the chicken to the infuser and base.
- 4). Place the plug into the neck cavity.
- 5). Position the infuser on the cooking grate of your grill over medium coals and cook until the chicken registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a thermometer inserted into the thickest portions of the bird.
