How to Get Rid of The Red Bumps On The Back of Your Arms
- 1). Once a day when you shower, soap up a rough exfoliator and use it on the back of your arms. Something like a loofah, natural sponge, or a skin brush would be fine. Do not scrub too hard, and do not scrub until you are sore, but thoroughly scrub the area affected by the bumps. Soaping the exfoliator is important to keep any bacteria from growing on it, and it helps to keep the scrubbing from being too intense for your skin.
- 2). Rinse well and gently pat dry with a towel.
- 3). Liberally lotion the area. If it seems the area could use more lotion throughout the day, by all means do it. Just rub the lotion in and do not leave the skin greasy. Apply as much as you think your skin could soak up.
