I found out about this campground in the state park brochure, and I tent camped there in June 2002.
Describe your camping trip:
We got up early and left at about 4 AM. We couldn't sleep, because of the noise.
Pros: Nicely developed facility.
Cons: The only bad thing was the noise from the railroad. The park is right next to a freight rail line that is busy all night and whistles blow at several grade crossings right at the State Park about every 20 minutes all night.
People in RV's seem not to mind, but I dont know how anyone in a tent can sleep through this.
