Vinings Jubilee Christmas Tree Lighting

- What to Expect: This annual affair is just the festive kickoff to the holiday season we need: it’s family-friendly (don't miss the Vinings Express Train and pictures with Santa), perfect for checking off those Christmas gifts (festive storefronts of the mall's boutiques and specialty shops have something for everyone on your list), and there's even a trimmed tree, warm cider and live jazz music.
Atlanta History Center’s Candlelight Nights

- Location: Atlanta History Center
- Admission: $10 for members; $15 for nonmembers; $8 for
children. - What to Expect: Channel your inner Jacob Marley and experience Christmas past with a latern and candle-lit stroll through campus, where the historic houses have been adorned with period appropriate holiday decorations, allowing guests to experience how Southerners celebrated Christmas during the pioneer days, the Civil War era and the 1930s. Food and drink available for purchase.
Garden Lights, Holiday Nights at Atlanta Botanical Garden

- What to Expect: It's no wonder this display is considered the largest, "all green" light show in the country. Nearly 1.5 million low-energy lights illuminate the 30-acre garden, the perfect backdrop for listening to the Orchestral Orbs glow harmoniously with holiday tunes. Don't miss S’mores on the Twinkling Terrace, vibrant figures from Imaginary Worlds in the Ice Storm Trees and Poinsettia Tower.
Six Flags' Holiday in the Park

- What to Expect: More than one million LED lights will shine over Six Flags at this holiday spectacular featuring a 25-foot Christmas tree, festive shows, culinary treats (think toasty s'mores at S'mores Village) and even a ride on the North Pole Express to visit Santa Claus himself at his merry workshop.
Holiday in Lights at Centennial Olympic Park

Snow Mountain at Stone Mountain Christmas

children under 12. - What to Expect: More than two million lights, live holiday music and visits from North Pole favorites like Rudolph and Bumble make up Snow Mountain, where you can spend a fun-filled day tubing down the 400-foot hill, wandering through a sparkling tunnel of lights on your way to the Snow Angel® Palace, building a snowman, or watching Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas 4-D. Parades, fireworks and visits with Santa round out the evening.
