In the past, raw food has languished amid erroneous connections to E.
coli and salmonella illnesses.
The truth is both E.
coli and salmonella live beneficially as part of a health gut flora.
Given this fact, the idea of eradicating these microbes is ridiculous, especially since they are everywhere.
Are we better off for our extensive use of anti-bacterial soaps and creams? for waging war on "germs"? Not in the least.

So, why the war on raw foods if they're so healthy? Without getting sidetracked and going into the details of the economics and politics of food, simply follow the money.
No doctor gets paid if you're well, only if you're sick.
The obvious motivation of the medical community is illness.
Without it, there's no profit.
Think about that next time you're asked to contribute to a disease foundation.
They only get paid to look for a cure, not to find it.

Chemicals cause the immune system to be suppressed and cause unhealthy changes in whatever food is grown in them.
