Stress Benefits Your Body?
I know many of us are stressed out these days, and it is obvious there are many downfalls to being stressed especially when it comes to our body.
We either get an increase of appetite, loss of appetite, fatigue, or become depressed when we face hardship.
So to counterbalance this when it comes to your well being and your overall health, this article will go over some physically productive things you can do, wither you are trying to cut down weight and create lean muscle or gain more weight to get more muscle mass.
So first off when it comes to keeping a proper diet and workout routine for your physique goals, it can be somewhat difficult to stick to them when you are undergoing emotional distress wither it's from work, relationships, or finances, so here's a vital method that you would want to use.
One thing that I do when I get stress is that I ground myself to the best of my ability and become more aware of my surroundings, slow down my thoughts, and take notice that I am not in a traumatic (life or death situation) therefore there is no real need to stress so much.
So then when my thoughts are more grounded, I then go back into the troubling thoughts that where causing me creating emotional burden and then feel the energy causing me distress.
After doing this I then get to work! With no procrastination and no nonsense, I began working out doing all kinds of difficult exercises anywhere from chins ups with added weight tied around me, one of my intense maximizing pushups, 30-60 sec wall sits with added weight to my legs, and other creative weight lifting intensified workouts.
Doing this thus results into more energetic and more complete workouts which are not too long.
Plus, after working out I then created a more solid emotional basis to dealing with my issues troubling me.
Now you may began to go back in thought of this article and question, "How can being stressed out make workout better?" And the reason for this is that everything around us that we see, hear, touch, taste, and feel (physically and emotional) is made up of energy.
When it comes to emotional stress, it is a powerful energy yet a negative one.
That is why we feel oppressed and weighed down when we do nothing productively to eliminate the stress.
But when it comes to energy wither positive or negative, energy is energy so when you are stress you are feeling an intense energy.
And when you workout you need energy as well, so working out with stress not only fuels your workout sessions, but allows you to alleviate majority of the stress due to the that energy being used for your workout.
So overall doing any type of exercises while stressed out can be of great benefit, especially when you have a goal to slim down or gain more muscle mass because you're not only creating a outlet to your emotional issues but an overall more energetic confident you, especially since you'll look 5x times better from doing all those hardcore workouts sessions.
