Gooey Gluten-Free Brownie Recipe (with healthy walnuts!)
Our latest gluten-free brownie recipe makes a big, 13 x 9-inch pan of rich chocolate brownies. And this new recipe has what we think is just the right balance of sweet to bittersweet chocolate flavor. We tweaked the sugar downward just a bit and used two good quality chocolates for the best flavor results. They are noted in the ingredient list.
We used a very easy-to-find packaged gluten-free all purpose baking mix from Bob's Red Mill to prepare this recipe. This recipe is made with bean flour and does not contain rice flour. Bean flours aren't suited to every gluten-free recipe, but we like using high protein bean flours in recipes like this one which are rich in chocolate and butter.
