Even if you do not have a ready supply of water, landscaping is still possible. Do-it-yourself with ideas that do not require water to survive or look nice. Design a scheme that uses only decorative objects, rather than living things. Just because you do not have water, does not mean you can't have a few water features. The trick is to decorate them with something besides water.
