How to Remove Baked-on Foods
- 1). Scrape away any loose food with a spatula. Rinse the dish under a stream of hot water.
- 2). Add 2 to 3 drops of dish soap to the bottom of the dish. Fill the dish with hot water.
- 3). Stir the water in the dish with a whisk to ensure the soap and water are completely blended. Let the dish soak overnight.
- 4). Dump the soapy water from the dish. Use a sponge or spatula to dislodge the baked-on food.
- 5). Rinse the dish under a steady stream of water, and dry the dish with a dish towel.
