How to Send a Text Message to a Wireless Cell Phone From a PC
- 1). Open your website email or email program.
- 2). Click "New" or "Compose" to start a new mail.
- 3). Enter the phone number of the recipient in the "To" section. Include the area code.
- 4). Type the "@" symbol after the phone number, and then the recipient's cell phone provider's email suffix. The major provider suffixes are "tmomail.net" for TMobile, "messaging.sprintpcs.com" for Sprint, "vtext.com" for Verizon, and "txt.att.net" for AT&T.
