Instructions on How to Use the AB Lounge 2
- 1). Stand at the end of the Ab Lounge 2 and place the footrest between your legs while facing away from the machine.
- 2). Grasp the handlebars while lowering yourself into a seated position onto the Ab Lounge 2, centering your hips in the seat.
- 3). Lean backward into a reclined position.
- 4). Place your feet, one at a time, on the footrest.
- 5). Raise your hands up and grasp the overhead pull-up bar, keeping your hands placed shoulder-width apart on the bar.
- 1). Seat yourself on the Ab Lounge 2.
- 2). Breathe out and pull your torso into a curled position by slowly rounding your back.
- 3). Hold the curled position for a moment and then exhale to return to the fully extended position.
- 4). Continue the exercise by pulling into a curl for two counts, holding for one count and extending back to the start position for one count.
