The first exercise to grow the size of your penis is called milking.

This exercise requires you to make a circle with your thumb and index finger and place it at the bottom of your penis.

Next exercise is called the PC stretch.
This exercise involves increasing the amount of endurance you experience in the bedroom.
In order to do this exercise you must find your PC muscle which you can identify while urinating.
When urinating pause the stream of your urine by clinching the PC muscle in between your legs.
Once you have successfully done this you will have identified your PC muscle.
Next we want to do is flex your PC muscle for 2 to 3 seconds at a time and release.
Doing three sets of 30 squeezes will quickly and easily build up your endurance in the bedroom.
