Treo Not Syncing to Outlook Calendar

    Update your Synchronization Software

    • 1). Update Palm Desktop and Hotsync manager. Click on the link in the Resources section.

    • 2). Click "Download," then "Run." Select "English," accept the terms and conditions and proceed through the on-screen steps to install the program.

    • 3). Restart your computer.

    Update to Microsoft Outlook 2007

    • 1). Click the link titled "Outlook 2007 Update." An on-screen pop-up will appear.

    • 2). Click "Open," and then double-click on "Setup.exe." Accept the program terms and conditions and follow the subsequent on-screen instructions to install the Outlook 2007 update.

    • 3). Restart your computer.

    Turn on HotSync

    • 1). Ensure that your device is powered on and plugged in.

    • 2). Click "Start," "Programs," "Palm" and "HotSync Manager" in Windows operating systems. The HotSync Manager icon will appear in the Windows System Tray. The icon appears as a circle with a red arrow and a blue arrow.

    • 3). Click "Mac Hard Drive," "Applications," "Palm," and "HotSync Manager" on Mac operating systems. Ensure that the option for "Enable HotSync software" is filled.

    Reset Your Device (Palm Centro, 755p, 700p, 680 and 650)

    • 1). Turn off the device by pressing and holding the "Power" button.

    • 2). Remove the battery cover and the battery.

    • 3). Replace the battery and the cover.

    • 4). Set the time and date after the logo screen appears.

    Reset Your Device (Other Devices)

    • 1). Gently press and release the "Reset" button on the back of the device. Use an unfolded paper clip or the end of the stylus.

    • 2). Wait for the device to reset. After the reset occurs, a logo will appear on screen.

    • 3). Enter the current time and data.

    Disconnect the Device

    • 1). Remove the USB cable from the device and connect it again.

    • 2). Remove the USB cable from the computer and connect it again.

    • 3). Wait for the device to fully connect and attempt to sync the Calendar.
