Treo Not Syncing to Outlook Calendar
- 1). Update Palm Desktop and Hotsync manager. Click on the link in the Resources section.
- 2). Click "Download," then "Run." Select "English," accept the terms and conditions and proceed through the on-screen steps to install the program.
- 3). Restart your computer.
- 1). Click the link titled "Outlook 2007 Update." An on-screen pop-up will appear.
- 2). Click "Open," and then double-click on "Setup.exe." Accept the program terms and conditions and follow the subsequent on-screen instructions to install the Outlook 2007 update.
- 3). Restart your computer.
- 1). Ensure that your device is powered on and plugged in.
- 2). Click "Start," "Programs," "Palm" and "HotSync Manager" in Windows operating systems. The HotSync Manager icon will appear in the Windows System Tray. The icon appears as a circle with a red arrow and a blue arrow.
- 3). Click "Mac Hard Drive," "Applications," "Palm," and "HotSync Manager" on Mac operating systems. Ensure that the option for "Enable HotSync software" is filled.
- 1). Turn off the device by pressing and holding the "Power" button.
- 2). Remove the battery cover and the battery.
- 3). Replace the battery and the cover.
- 4). Set the time and date after the logo screen appears.
- 1). Gently press and release the "Reset" button on the back of the device. Use an unfolded paper clip or the end of the stylus.
- 2). Wait for the device to reset. After the reset occurs, a logo will appear on screen.
- 3). Enter the current time and data.
- 1). Remove the USB cable from the device and connect it again.
- 2). Remove the USB cable from the computer and connect it again.
- 3). Wait for the device to fully connect and attempt to sync the Calendar.
