The 3 Week Diet Review by Brian Flatt- My Experience
I would not really be what most would consider a "big girl", but I have always felt a little heavy. In February 2014, I weighed 153 pounds, which is definitely overweight for a woman my height. In collage I was 125 pounds, what I would do to look like that again. I feel like I have tried just about everything to feel happier and healthier, like I did back then.
I tried and wanted so bad to be back to my high school weight. The demands of work and my family I had a real hard time making this happen. Nothing seemed to work for me. The crazy diets like the acai berry diet, Atkins and green tea diet all left me, well a little disappointed. In the end I was not happy with myself and the way I looked.
At the end of February one of my good high school friends, whom I hadn't seen in too long and I had lunch together. She looked amazing. I asked her how she kept her same figure she had in high school. She said she had actually gained a lot of weight and was like me, struggling to take off the weight and keep it off. I told her well it appears she managed to lose the weight and keep it off. I asked what her secrete was. She said the Three Week diet from Brian Flatt. When she said that I actually laughed out loud, but I could see she was serious. She went on to tell me she really did not even change her diet, but added a few things to it and changed the times she ate and she began to lose weight.
As soon as I got home that evening I sat down at the computer and looked for the official 3 Week Diet website. I liked what it had to say and since it was recommended by a friend I figured I had nothing to lose, why not I had tried just about everything else.
The next day I started straight away. I got up in the morning and weighed myself 154 pounds. I did exactly like the diet plan said. The next morning I got up and again weighed myself 152 pounds. I wiped the sleep from my eyes and thought okay that can't be real maybe I just lost some water weight, but I continued with the diet. So two days down and I woke up the next morning and weighed 149 pounds. Shaking my head I just couldn't understand it, but hey, I haven't really seen 149 pounds for at least a year. Well, this continued and after three weeks I had lost an amazing 22 pounds and I never felt like I was starving. I was actually down to 131 pounds. How did that happen?
Within two more weeks I was at my goal weight, I feel happier and healthier now. I called that friend of mine and told her we needed to go to lunch again. She began to clap when she walked in the restaurant and saw the new me. She was so proud of me and I told her lunch was on me as I couldn't have done it without her suggestion.
