In large microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1-1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate on 50% power for 1 minute, then remove and stir. Continue microwaving on 30 second intervals, stirring until completed melted and smooth.
Stir in 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp.
vanilla, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips; mix well. Spread in prepared pan. OR make brownie batter from a mix for a 13x9-inch pan and spread into prepared pan. Continue with recipe.
In small bowl, combine 2 of the 3 oz. packages cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg; beat on medium speed until smooth. Spread over chocolate base in pan; sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle bars with marshmallows and nuts. Return bars to oven; bake an additional 2-3 minutes until marshmallows puff.
While marshmallows are baking, in large saucepan, combine 1/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, and last 3 oz. package cream cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla until smooth. Remove bars from oven and immediately pour frosting over puffed marshmallows and nuts.
Swirl with knife to marble. Let stand until cool. Cut into squares to serve.
