The need to reduce excessive sweating is undoubtedly the greatest right before or during the summer.
For those who suffer from this embarrassing condition, increasing temperature and sunshine is not very joyful.
So now would be a great time to introduce some tips for staying dry this summer: Start drinking Sage tea I know tea is not the most preferable drink when the summer is coming.
But it WILL help.
Sage is hands down the best herb there is to reduce excessive sweating, so drinking two cups a day is going to result in less sweating.
If drinking hot tea turns out to be hard, cool it down in your fridge before drinking, or try adding the herb in your food.
Cut down the caffeine A big coffee drinker? Well, I'm sorry to tell you that if you are, you are not doing your sweating problem any favors.
Coffee, energy drinks, sodas and other drinks that include caffeine increase sweat production.
So try to cut them out completely, or at least minimize the intake as much as possible.
Start exercising Losing some fat from your body will result in less sweating.
Exercise also reduces stress level, which is another contributor to increased sweating.
Exercise simply has so many great benefits! Plus, who wouldn't want to get fit for the summer? Summer should be an enjoyable time for everyone.
Unfortunately, for people who sweat a lot, it can be the worst time of the year.
Taking some simple, all-natural advices can and will most likely result in a cleaner and more enjoyable summer!
