Hoposa Hotel Villaconcha Family and Sports
I would like to tell you something about our Hoposa Hotel Villaconcha Family & Sports or our Sporthotel Villaconcha. A lot of times I was asked, how is it? What do you like so much about it? Explain!
So, now it`s time: I will tell you all about my experience as an athlete at the Villaconcha, the Mallorca Sport hotel or Mallorca Triathlon hotel at main road. Let us enjoy one day together.
7:00 o`clock:
The first shafts of sunshine look through the curtains of my apartment. Five minutes later I get up, open them to enjoy the view over the nice pool area, clean, green with a lot of palms. The armada of people who clean the area every morning. One of the lifeguards with a machine 4-6 ladies and two gardeners taking care of the complex.
I get into my swimming shorts, take my goggles and my bathing cap and go down to the ground floor to go for a swim at my favorite Mallorca Triathlon hotel or Mallorca Sport hotel.
7:30 o`clock:
After paying 1‚¬ for one hour at the reception and a short shower I get into the nicely heated 25m pool. There are already some other athletes in the pool, but I have one lane for myself. The lifeguard asks me kindly if I need some tools like a pull buoy, a underwater swimming analysis or something else. I decide to do my normal morning program. One hour and a lots of lanes later I leave the pool, take a shower and go directly to the dining area.
9:30 o`clock:
I am quite impressed of the variety for breakfast. Cereals, omelets, baked beans, sausages, fruits, different breads and so on. I choose as first plate some cereals and afterwards some fried egg, bacon on toast, a coffee and some fruits for later. After a great breakfast at the Mallorca sport hotel I go back to my room to change for my bicycle ride.
11:00 o`clock:
On my way to the brand new bicycle garage. Passing by the reception, the biomechanical studio where someone is doing a bike fit right now towards the garage. The day before I have rented a Wilier GT at the sport shop which is located directly between the Bicimetrics center and the garage. The service was perfectly professional and fast.
I pick my bike, push the button to open the automatic door of the 24h monitored bike garage and go for my almost 40km ride through the Serra Tramuntana mountains, world heritage since 2011, and the Cap Formentor. It is a quite difficult route, but worth it. With total ascents of over a few hundred meters I can enjoy the view over the bay of Puerto Pollensa.
