There a few things particularly that a woman needs to understand about her heart.
Before you understand about a woman's heart, health and wellness you are going to need to know how the heart generally works.
The heart is by the far the most important part of the human body.
Understanding how it works is crucial for living a happy and healthy life.
Your heart is a muscle that is about the size of a softball, it pumps over one hundred thousand times a day, sending blood through vessels into all the main parts of your body.
Your heart has 2 sides to it, with an inner wall separating it.
The right side of the heart pumps the blood and the left side brings the oxygen filled blood from the lungs to your body.
Many people believe its a man's disease to have heart related problems.
When it comes to women's wellness it's important to be aware that there are a few related problems that occur to women as well.
Heart disease and heart attacks can happen to women just as much as it happens to men.
Some ways you can protect yourself from such things are being aware of smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, family history and age.
Some of these problems are optional, meaning you can make a change in your life to rid of these issues and live a longer, healthier and happier life.
However, some of these issues like history and age you cannot change.
If you are a woman there's nothing more important than the health and well being of your heart.
It is important that you get lots of rest for your body to function properly and keep your body breathing and moving.
So take care of your heart and you will be taking care of your whole body.
Panic Attack / Heart Problems Many people get confused about their body when going through a panic attack.
Especially a woman going through her first panic attack because she may think she is having a heart attack or be hit with fear of something, this is where they lay down and breathe and try and relax in a attempt for survival.
But the truth is panic attacks, minor or major happen.
It's a disorder, a physiological process behind a panic attack.
Many people have isolated panic attacks which only happen once or twice.
Some people have recurring attacks which is the case of a panic disorder.
3% of American's above the age of 18 have it which makes that more common than such things as bipolar disorder or obsessive compulsive disorder.
