How Parents can stop their Kids from Lying
It is an age old story that our moms and grand moms used to tell us when we were kids. Once there was a shepherd in a village. Every day the shepherd used to go to the green grass land near the village river to feed his cattle. There were other shepherds also who went to that place for the same reason. One day an evil idea came into a shepherd's mind and he thought of frightening the other shepherd. In the afternoon, when everyone was busy having their lunch, the shepherd started screaming "please help me! The tiger has come to eat me". Hearing his loud screams, the other shepherds came to rescue him from the danger; but they found that it was the silly trick of the shepherd. It gave the shepherd immense pleasure that he succeeded in making the other shepherds fall for his trick and he continued to do the same every day.
One day, the shepherd was sitting alone in a big stone in the green land while everyone was busy playing games near the river. Suddenly a tiger came and the shepherd started to scream. The other people, who were present nearby, thought that it was again a silly trick of the shepherd; so they didn't go to help him. The shepherd started running from the tiger to save his life but couldn't do so because ultimately the tiger caught him.
