- 1). Click the "Web" application at the bottom of the screen. Click "Web" at the top of the next screen. Click the address bar at the top of the screen.
- 2). Touch the back arrow key to delete the existing address in the bar. Type "http://pxme.us/in2//" in the address bar. Click "Done" at the bottom of the screen to download the Handmark fix to the device.
- 3). Powercycle the phone when a white screen appears. Press and hold the "End call" key on the bottom of the phone. Leave the phone off for one minute. Press and hold the "End call" key again to turn the phone back on.
- 4). Press "Settings" and click "General." Slide the screen up by touching the screen and holding it while moving it upwards. Click "Update Data Profile." Press the "Home" key at the bottom of the phone to return to the main menu.
