Diet Changes For Candida - A Tips From Personal Experience

This article will briefly discuss diet changes for candida.
Diet changing for candida has always been a major problem for most people, and I realize that.
I know how difficult it is to consider such a complete change of diet.
For me, it has taken me years to realize that my health is more important than the foods that I love.
I have food sensitivities to tomatoes, potatoes, peppers of all kinds (sweet and hot), egg plant, chocolate, and allergy to tobacco smoke.
I also have arthritis in my right hip and fibromyalgia.
I have been bedridden with pain several times.
I used to eat tomatoes with everything.
I had to give up any sauce with tomatoes, including pizza.
No Mexican food.
It is still very difficult for me; but when I realize that if I eat any of these foods, I will be bedridden with pain, it is incentive to not eat them.
It takes me three weeks to get over the pain.
So I speak from experience.
I am taking a tea called Pau D'Arco.
It is said that bacteria and mold cannot grow on this tree, and is recommended to help inhibit the growth of candida.
I have been taking it for about two weeks and I do feel some difference.
The pain of fibromyalgia is much less as long as I drink at least one cup a day.
It is not very tasty, but worth the effort.
So being with the right diet changes for candida along with good treatment, it is really worth to leave all your "sugar" food behind to achieve healthy life.
