What 6 Pack Ab Routine Should You Be Avoiding?
Well, I just want to let you know that there is a 6 Pack Ab Routine that you should be avoiding if you want that lean ripped 6 Pack look.
There are tons of exercises and routines that you can do to try and get six pack abs, but the truth is that a lot of them just do not work.
Your body gets used to the same old thing over and over, and refuses to build any more muscle after a certain amount of time.
Doing the same thing over and over will not get results.
So, doing 1000 crunches a night will never get you that six pack that you have always wanted.
Neither will other basic ab workouts that you have tried in the past.
You need to get yourself in the habit of doing different routines with weights, without weights, and even on something like a stability ball.
Just be sure to mix it up.
But, there is one 6 Pack Ab Routine that I want you to stay away from if you are after a lean ripped look.
I am talking about the weighted side bends.
These are known to make your waist look wider, and will distract from your overall core.
Just in case you don't know what these are, I will do my best to explain.
Weighted side bends are usually done with dumbbells hanging at your side, while standing, and bending sideways, allowing the dumbbell to get closer to the floor.
Then you will complete the rep by standing back up.
Stay away if you don't want a wide waist.
