How to Get the Filter Back in a Frigidaire Dishwasher
- 1). Pull the tab on the main filter in the front right bottom corner of the Frigidaire to remove the main filter. Lift out the perforated cup and the cylindrical mesh filter underneath.
- 2). Rinse the parts in the sink under cold water. You may need to rub the filters gently with a nylon brush to remove stubborn particles.
- 3). Lower the fine mesh filter into the filter compartment and rotate until it drops into position.
- 4). Place the cup into the compartment over the mesh filter and press gently until it seats in the appliance.
- 5). Line up the shape of the main filter with the outline inside the dishwasher and press gently until it snaps into place.
