The answer is to embrace your life - all of it, in this moment, take a good look at what is going well in your life; write it down in a heartfelt way and be grateful for it daily! Gain perspective and recognize that it will only be a matter of time before you get another job.
Do you want to go to school? Learn a language? A new professional skill? Join a group? Whatever it is this is the time to expand your personal profile and meet new people.
And another benefit of learning is a renewed sense of confidence! If you are a structured person, continue with or get a daytimer and create a routine that will encourage purposeful, results-oriented behaviour and also schedule free time for fun!
