Even though you're doing your best to cheer up after a breakup, I know there are still times when you can't help feeling bad. So even though you are in some pain right now, let me assure you that it isn't very difficult to work through your pain with a little bit of fun!

To make it as simple as possible, use these 3 fun ways to heal your heart after a breakup...

Fun Way #1: Use your imagination to do whatever you want to your ex. (You have my permission to be as bad as you want!)

Now that you and your ex are broken up, it can be fun to get together with your friends and imagine all the 'bad' things you want to do to your ex. For example, you can:
  1. throw rotten eggs at him/her,
  2. imagine him/her apologize / beg for forgiveness about your breakup, while you laugh in his/her face,
  3. smash his/her beloved mobile phone to pieces, etc.

It's perfect fun to be a little mean to the ex lover, who stomped all over your heart. Best of all, you can do all of these, without the need to contact or call your ex!

Fun Way #2: Discover more about yourself, and realize what an amazing person you are!

Do you know that you are good enough just the way you are? It truly is your ex's loss that he/she left. Time will show you that this breakup was for the best.

Sometimes, when you're dealing with a difficult situation like getting over a breakup, it can be difficult to see what's good about you. If so, have some fun by asking your beloved family and friends to write down a list of what they appreciate about you. Keep that list close to your heart. Most importantly, trust that they mean what they say.

  2. taste new flavors
  3. buy what you want
  4. spend more time with family
  5. build a closer relationship with friends
  6. move somewhere new to advance your work career,
  7. meet exciting new people, etc.
