Actually, to the question asked in this article's title, and answer is yes.
Penis stretches, better identified as penis enlargement exercises, represent a method not many men have heard of.
Now, if you're as skeptical as I am, you're probably wondering why a method isn't already mainstream if it can offer men real, permanent enlargement.
To put it simply, the big companies (mainly those who manufacture pills) have worked very hard to keep a method like natural penis exercises swept under the rug.

To understand how penis stretching and exercising works you need to know a little about how the penis works.

Once you reach the end of your penis, begin another repetition with your other hand, creating a circuit.
Next up is horizontal motion.
Horizontal motion help focus a bit on width and girth, whereas the jelq is primarily a length exercise.
The horizontal motion starts out much the same, so grip the base of your penis with an OK sign again.
Instead of moving this hand, make another ring with your free hand and grip the tip of your penis with it.
Now move the tip hand down slowly to meet the hand that is holding the base of your penis.
Once your hands meet, bring your hand that's moving back to its starting positions at the tip.
