According to the 21st Century King James Version, the verse Psalm 18:9 talks about God and says: "He bowed the heavens also and came down; and darkness was under His feet."
In this article, you will realize once more the very common phenomenon that is the change of the Word of God committed by the writers and editors of the Bible's versions.

9 The justices of the Lord are right, rejoicing hearts: the commandment of the Lord is lightsome, enlightening the eyes.

The above results might give you an idea about how the writers and editors of the Bible's versions change of the Word of God to the extent that it becomes a very common Biblical phenomenon.
The serious reader who is looking for the truth is invited to prove that I am wrong in claiming this very common Biblical phenomenon.
Furthermore, there are two significant points:
First, the verse Psalm 18:9 is but a duplication of the verse 2 Samuel 22:10; however, the Jewish Scholars who quoted Psalm 18:9 from 2 Samuel 22:10 forget that the latter has the prepositions "under" or "beneath" in the original Hebrew Manuscript.
Second, the two verses 2 Samuel 22:10 and Psalm 18:9 agreed that there is thick darkness or thick clouds under the Feet of God.
Now, you tell me how the Israelites could see a Sapphire stone, as clear as the sky under the Feet of God. Had their eyes the power to penetrate such thick darkness or thick clouds to see a Sapphire stone under the Feet of God and to realize that this Sapphire stone is as clear as the sky? (Read the verse Exodus 24:10)
After all of that, and there are a lot like that in the Bible, the Biblical scholars blame the Quran which says that the Bible is corrupted!

The Quran says that anyone believes that our Creator Has feet is committing an unforgivably sin and he will dwell in the Eternal Hell in the afterlife because it is required to believe that our Creator is not similar to anything!
