The traditional 3 big meals of the day do not allow your body adequate time to digest the food.
Your rate of metabolism slows drastically and your body just is not functioning properly.
These meals overload the body and do not allow you to burn the most calories or lose much weight.
Altering your meal schedule to smaller, more frequent meals will make all the difference in the world.
