105 12
With a heritage as vast and wonderful as that of India, with its vast verdant spaces and resplendent palaces, formidable forts, aristocratic historical residences and villas with vistas- the choices are as charming as they are varied - there is tremendous scope in our land to harness the natural assets of such properties with potential......and make them metamorphose into magical experiences for many.

Heritage Hotels in India, carefully preserving the intrinsic character and essential characteristics of such properties, and artfully adapting them to suit the hotel and hospitality requirements of a diverse clientele, have firmly established themselves across the length and breadth of India with amazing aplomb!
Not to be outdone by its neighbours, Haryana Hotels have kept pace! The name Haryana is found mentioned in the 12th century AD by the apabhramsha writer Vibudh Shridhar (VS 1189-1230). It is bordered by Punjab and Himachal Pradesh to the north, and by Rajasthan to the west and south. The river Yamuna defines its eastern border with Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

With the city of Gurgaon having rapidly emerged as a major hub for the information technology and automobile industries, automatically necessitating a rapid expansion of man and machine, excellent Haryana Hotels, a part of the larger map of Heritage Hotels in India, have made their presence felt in the NCR region of Delhi
Built on the lines of the grand colonial residences of erstwhile Imperial Delhi and designed by the Austrian architect Karl Molt Von Heinz, the aristocratic palace was stylistically akin to the stunning grand residence of the commander-in-chief of the armed forces built by Russell - now known as Teen Murti House.

Such bungalows flaunted their slender Palladian pillars, their cornices and wide verandahs which shaded the walls of the rooms from the harsh Indian sun. Built to a fairly symmetrical plan: a central drive-in-portico which has since been enclosed around a raised garden on each side, a large pillared verandah which leads to a chequered and domed foyer with two stairways leading up to a grand open air court on the first floor, the durbar and dining halls are downstairs.

Transformed into a glittering fairyland for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc, besides grand royal weddings, memorable private ones can also be arranged: on a candle lit beach of the Ganges, on torch-lit sand dunes, by a garden pool, on a rampart or a sea beach, or in a sprawling garden-forest.
Drummers, dancers, classical music performances can entertain your guests as they stroll in the sprawling gardens and magnificent Palace in wonder, being feted in right royal style with delectable Indian and continental delicacies laid out on different terraces and rooftops.
