Are you wondering if you are pregnant after trying to predict baby gender but aren't totally sure? Without taking a pregnancy test, it can be hard to determine whether you truly are pregnant.
Some of the signs below can occur for reasons other than pregnancy.
If you have most of the signs below, there is s strong chance that you are indeed pregnant.
Tender Breasts A woman's breasts start to change and prepare for milk production.
It is common for the breasts to become more full and tender.
The areolas (area around the nipple) can also become darker.
Frequent Urination The frequent need to pee is due to the increased level of blood volume and the increased size of the kidneys.
Implantation Spotting Sometimes a little blood is mistaken for a period when in fact it is implantation spotting.
This little amount of blood is due to the ovum burrowing itself in the uterus lining.
It is generally lighter in flow with a pinkish or brownish color.
Missed Period This is by far the most popular pregnancy sign and usually the most accurate.
When a woman is pregnant she simply doesn't get her period because an egg has planted itself in the uterus lining.
Therefore, it is unnecessary for the body to shed the lining as it usually does every month.
Using the Fertility Awareness method, you are able to determine if you are pregnant before even taking a pregnancy test.
You can also use the Fertility Awareness method for predicting baby gender.
Nausea Nausea or "morning sickness" is another common pregnancy sign.
Morning sickness does not have to occur in the morning.
Some women experience it all day long.
It is common for this nausea to go away after the first trimester.
However, some women experience this nausea throughout their whole pregnancy.
There are a variety of strategies to help reduce the nausea.
Drinking ginger ale or taking a B6 vitamin are some of the more natural methods.
Fatigue When a woman is pregnant, her body goes into overdrive to start preparing a new human being.
It's no wonder she is tired a lot of the time.
Try to get as much sleep as possible because it will only get worse.
Some women find they have an increase of energy in the second trimester.
However, it is common to have energy levels drop in the third trimester once the woman is carrying around more weight.
