Marty breaks into Vivian’s office and looks at Natalie’s file. Marty sees the paternity test and makes a copy of it to show John.

Blair is trying to comfort Starr, who is taking Cole’s imprisonment very rough. Starr doesn’t know if she’ll be able to handle it, but Blair reassures Starr that she is a strong woman and can get thru anything.

Rex arrives to pick up Kelly, Dorian thinks that rex and Kelly are going on a date, even though Rex explains that he is with Gigi and he and Kelly are just friends.

Rex and Kelly get ready for the party, meanwhile Gigi calls Rex and is shocked when Dorian answers. Dorian tells Gigi that Rex is helping Kelly get ready for their date, even saying that Rex told her about their “dry spell.”

Gigi is furious with Rex and hangs up the phone. Cris can understand why Gigi is so upset, after all he is upset with what Layla did to him. Gigi feels betrayed, she orders another bottle of wine, which she and Cris finish. Cris thinks that Layla will ultimately choose fashion over him and Gigi is feeling like she is losing Rex again. In a drunken stupor, Cris kisses Gigi and she kisses him back.

John arrives to pick Natalie up, Natalie was worried John was still mad at her. John thinks that they are ok now, but no more secrets – which Natalie promises.

All of the invitees arrive at the party. Destiny and Matt are taking as Darren tries to become part of the conversation and demands to know why Destiny has been avoiding him and pushing him away. Matt explains the situation with Destiny and her family, Darren is upset that Destiny would confide in Matt over him.

Inez sees Bo and Nora, she borrows Bo for a moment to talk about Ed, Bo promises that nothing will happen to her children. Ford and James show up, Bo explains that he’ll be stopping by tomorrow to chat with Ed – just to make sure that everything is ok. Ford and James didn’t want Inez to involve the police, but Inez explains that she isn’t going to let Ed torment her family anymore. When Bo returns, Nora sends him for a glass of wine. With Bo gone, Nora tells Inez that she should read anything into Bo helping her out because that it is nature.

Viki introduces Tea and Todd as a couple, they both gives thanks to everyone who’s attended and the party continues. Viki finds Charlie and is furious because Echo has disappeared from the party, Viki wants to know the truth about Rex’s parents and what Echo has been hiding. Charlie, still thinking that nothing is going on with Echo, tells Viki that she needs to let this rest. Rex and Kelly arrive and search for Echo, but they can’t find her either.

Clint has taken Echo to the roof wherein he explains that he’s known Rex is his son for well over a year and didn’t say anything because he believes that Rex is a no-good, conman waiting for the opportunity to get his hands on the Buchanan name and money. Echo wants all the lies to stop and vows to tell Rex the truth. Clint tells Echo that if she opens her mouth, he can have Rex sent to jail for corporate espionage. Echo doesn’t remember Clint being this ruthless, but agrees to his terms so that Rex doesn’t go to jail.

Dorian sees Langston talking to Ford, who was just about to ask for another chance, when Dorian interrupts telling Ford that Langston wants nothing to do with him. Langston, however, does want something to do with Ford.

Natalie sees Vivian and asks about the results of the test, which are not in yet but Vivian promises to tell Natalie ASAP.

Tea tells Rex that she saw Echo go to the roof, so he and Kelly rush to the roof only to find it empty. Rex thinks the total evening is a bust, while Kelly – who is completely drunk – doesn’t share the same feelings as she kisses Rex.

James stops by to see Starr, to see how she is doing. Starr kisses James without saying much of anything.

Natalie and John are enjoying the party when Marty shows up, saying that she has some information on Natalie that John would find interesting. . .
