Armpit rashes are a fairly common problem.
Learn the cause of these as well as some solutions to help you with this problem.
One very common problem that many people have at one time or another is armpit rashes and irritation.
Many times the armpit can get a rash or become a bit discolored which can make wearing certain types of clothing difficult and can make your life difficult having to deal with this extra rash issue.
In order to help with the situation, you need to understand what is causing the problem in the first place.
Shaving is one common cause.
Allergies and reactions to deodorants is another.
Excessive sweating is the third reason for this problem.
Shaving if not done properly can be a cause of underarm irritation that can lead to rashes on the body.
Many times it's caused by using an older blade that is not quite as sharp as it should be.
Be sure to use fresh blades that are sharp as well as using a lotion on the armpit to keep it soft and free from irritation.
Keep this area clean because you are opening up the pores after shaving which can lead to infection and other issues that show as rashes.
If you still have underarm issues after shaving, consider a different method of hair removal for the sake of your skin.
At times people have reactions to deodorants and antiperspirants.
You might get a rash because of the chemicals that are in these types of products.
Consider using different brands and different chemicals on your underarms to see if the rashes go away.
Some people are allergic to all antiperspirants.
Another huge problem that some have is sweating too much.
When the armpit area is wet and salty all day long, there is a big chance that rashes can be in this type of environment especially with movement that can cause irritation.
Dry your armpits during the day.
Also look for techniques that can help you sweat less so that you can avoid the rashes as much as possible.
