How to Change Font for Internet Searches
- 1). Select the "Options" title under the "Tools" drop-down menu.
- 2). Click the "Content" tab and then locate the "Fonts & Colors" section in the dialog window.
- 3). Choose a type from the "Default font" drop-down menu and a font size from the "Size" menu. Click the "Advanced" and/or "Colors" buttons to set additional specifications including a minimum font size and text color. Click the "OK" button when done.
- 1). Click the "Internet Options" title under the "Tools" drop-down menu.
- 2). Click the "General" tab and then click the "Fonts" button at the bottom of the window.
- 3). Select your preferred type names in the "Webpage font" and "Plain text font" sections to create settings for your search results pages and websites that do not already have a set font. Click the "OK" button when done.
- 1). Click the "Preferences" option under the "Edit" (Windows) or "Safari" (Mac) drop-down menu and click the "Appearance" tab.
- 2). Click the "Select" button next to the "Standard Font" section and then select a font name under the "Family" column and a number in the "Size" column. View the preview in the center of the dialog window and, when satisfied, close the box to save your changes. Click the "Select" button next to the "Fixed-width font" section and repeat this process.
- 3). Close the dialog window to preserve your changes.
