Introduction of thinking with mathematical models answers:

Mathematics involves number of models and methods. Each models and methods deals with different terms like algebraic expressions, integers and etc,. But the lesser grade includes only arithmetic operations like addition, subtraction. Here we are going to see some problems and answers using different mathematical topics.

Simple mathematical models contains uncomplicated problems of addition, subtraction, measurement, number sense, number using words, multiplication, functions, adding and subtraction of decimals, fractions & mixed numbers, division, algebra, geometry, algebra, function, probability and statistics number using words decimals. In this article we shall discuss the simple mathematical models.

Thinking with mathematical models answers:

Model 1: Thinking with mathematical solving equations with answer

Example 1:

Solve: 4z - 8 = 208.

Solution:

Step 1: Find the value of z.

Step 2: Add 8 on both the sides.

Step 3: Therefore, Now we have 4z= 216.

Step 4: Divide 4 on both the sides.

Step 5: So, the answer of z = 54.

Model 2: Thinking with mathematical combining like terms with answers

Example 2:

Solve: 4x-y-6+4x+5y+4-2x.

Solution:

Step 1: First, We need to combine the like terms.

Step 2: It can be written as 4x+4x-2x+5y-y-6+4.

Step 3: When we simplify we get 6x+4y-2.

Step4: Take the common term as outside.

Step 5: therefore the answer is 2(3x+2y-1).

Model 3: Thinking with mathematical finding equation of straight line

Example 3: Find the equation of the line which passes throughout the point (-3, -9) and has slope 52.

Solution:

Equation is (y-y1) = m(x-x1)

Here, x1=-3, y1=-9, m=52

(Y-(-9))=52(x-(-3))

Y+9=52(x+3)

Y+9=52x+156

The result is 52 x-y+147=0

Some more Model:

Model 4: Thinking with mathematical percentage problems with answers

Example 4:

Solve: 20 is what percentage of 40?

Solution:

Step 1: Let us assume the unknown number is x.

Step 2: So, It can be written as x * 40/100 = 20.

Step 3: After simplification we get, 4x/10= 20.

Step 4: Multiply using 10 on both the sides.

Step 5: Therefore, Now we have 4x =200.

Step 6: Now, divide using 4 on both the sides.

Step 7: Therefore,the answer is, 50 percentage.

Model 5: Thinking with mathematical mean, median and range with answers

Example 5: Find mean, median, and range.

13, 18, 13, 14, 13, 16, 14, 21, 13

Step 1: Here we are going to find the mean, the mean is nothing. We need to find the average of the given data.

Step 2: So, (13 + 18 + 13 + 14 + 13 + 16 + 14 + 21 + 13) · 9.

Step 3: Therefore, the answer is 15.

Median:

Step 1: Here we need to arrange the numbers.

Step 2: And We need to find the middle number now.

Step 3: 13, 13, 13, 13, 14, 14, 16, 18, 21

Step 4: So the median is 14.

Mode:

Step 1: Mode means, the particular number that id repeated more often. It's known as mode.

Step 2: When we take this example, the mode is 13.
